Based on the category your product is listed in, Jokoka will charge a small % commission fee per order transaction and a 3% Standard Payment Processing Fee per transaction. Please refer to the Commission Chart below.

Once you’ve registered with us and your account has been activated, you will be able to access your Seller Dashboard to complete your store profile and upload your first item ready for sale. Please also read our Seller Policy to ensure your products are compliant with our portal policy.
When you add a product via the Seller Dashboard, if the product criteria match any of the ‘Featured’ tags, you should tick the box to ensure your product and store appears there too. Currently, you can tag your products with:
- Made in UAE (Must be made in UAE)
- Exclusive (Only sold on Jokoka)
- Innovative (New concept)
- Handmade
- One-of-a-kind (Is unique)
- Bestseller (Is a popular product of yours).
You can choose and upload up to 10 of your most unique, exclusive, one-of-a-kind or best selling products. You can always change the products for different ones if either the product has sold out or you want to showcase a different product.

Our concept is about letting our sellers present only their most unique, one-of-a-kind, exclusive and best-selling products. It's like a personal recommendation service from you to the buyer - No distractions, only the best!
One of the main attractions for customers visiting and browsing Jokoka is access to our Exclusive product listings. By listing exclusive products with Jokoka, your store and products will appear on our dedicated Exclusives page which is promoted directly on our Home Pages of the website and mobile apps, along with Social Media postings advertising the Jokoka Exclusive listings.
Yes. When you add a product in your Seller Dashboard, you can also set a discount on the overall sale price. This is a great way to attract new customers to your store and sell more products. Everyone loves a discount and will be sure to tell their family and friends about the great deal they got. When you list a product with a discount it will appear under the Discount listings on Jokoka for even more exposure.

The Jokoka platform has been developed and built using the latest technologies and highest internet security standards. Our system will automatically update and track the entire order from the moment it is placed to the point it is delivered. Via your secure Seller Dashboard, you can view the status of each of your sales from start to finish.
Not at all! This is one of the primary reasons Jokoka was created. To give Sellers who do not have any online exposure, the opportunity to be seen with their own online branded unique store and start selling online, without the huge investment in time and money in setting up their own eCommerce store. Jokoka is a quick and simple way to build your online presence and increase your sales.
At present Jokoka is only available in the UAE.
For now Jokoka is for sales only within UAE. All deliveries must be to a valid UAE postal address. We are planning to expand into other GCC regions in the near future. We will be sure to keep you updated as we do.
The more detail you can add about the item the more chance you will have of selling it. One of the principal aims of Jokoka is to highlight product uniqueness by adding your product story and its significance. Be sure to include further informative descriptions, sizes, weight and most importantly really great photos! When you add an item you will see the necessary information required highlighted and it will guide you through the upload process in a few simple steps.

Jokoka will collect and deliver your product for you! All you need to do is set your delivery options for Express and/or Scheduled delivery service. Jokoka is one of the first in UAE to be offering 90-minute Express Delivery to our buyers. Great opportunity for Sellers to sell more.
Depending on the product you are packing be sure that it is fully protected and securely sealed. For example, clothing and non-breakable products can be sent using padded envelopes or plastic mailing bags. For products that are more delicate or rigid consider using a box with bubble wrap. Keep in mind the size of the box, so the delivery company can collect it. For Express Delivery items please ensure that the packed dimensions are no greater than 36cm x 36cm x 36cm.
Remember, the way in which you package your product represents the care and attention your company takes and will leave a lasting impression on the customer and their probability of ordering again.
Once an order is placed on Jokoka, our platform will automatically notify the delivery driver of your location to collect the package. They will collect the package from the location you have previously set in your Seller Dashboard, under My Store Profile > Seller Location tab. The delivery driver will collect the package from you and continue on to the customer’s address for delivery. It is important that your stock is constantly up-to-date and you can swiftly prepare the item, packed ready for delivery collection.
Once an order is placed on Jokoka with Express Delivery required, you will have 15-20 minutes in which to prepare the product for collection. We strongly advise that any of your products marked available for Express Delivery method are already packed and ready for collection. Express Deliveries will be collected daily on orders placed between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm.
For an order that is placed on Jokoka with Scheduled Delivery required, if placed before 1:00 pm it will be collected same day. If placed after 1:00 pm it will be collected the next day. Ensure that your products marked available for Scheduled Delivery method are packed and ready for collection, along with the AirWay Bill, which you can print from the Seller Dashboard > Orders tab. Scheduled Deliveries will be collected daily, except Friday.
The delivery driver will communicate via phone if they are unable to find your location or there is an issue. In the event, the delivery driver does not show, please call our Customer Care team on 600 502 038 for assistance.
In the event you are unable to fulfill an order, immediately contact our Customer Care team on 600 502 038 and update the status of the Order, so both the Buyer and Jokoka is notified. Please refer to our Sellers Policy regarding cancellations and your responsibilities.
In the event the delivery company is unable to deliver the product for one reason or another, the product will be returned to you and the order canceled. Please refer to our Sellers Policy for more information.

As per our Sellers Policy, Payment for orders which are processed between 6th and 20th of every month will be processed on 30th of every month while for orders processed between 21st to 5th, will be processed on 15th of every month. If the due date of the payment, e.g. 15th and 30th is falling on a weekend or public holidays, it will be processed on the next working day
