You can then view your Wish List at any time by clicking on the “Wish List” icon. From there you can quickly add the products directly to your shopping cart and pay.

When you place an order for a product, there will be a choice of delivery options and shipping times clearly set by the seller. Depending on which delivery option you choose, the product will be shipped and delivered within that time period specified. This can be Express Delivery within 90 minutes or Next Day Delivery. For customisable items, the seller will indicate the number of days for delivery.
Depending on the type of delivery service you want, the shipping fees will be applied accordingly. Please refer to the exact shipping fee during the checkout stage. For Express Delivery, fees may vary depending on your location and the distance of delivery from the seller.

Yes. When you are at Checkout, you can choose the option to pay by Cash on Delivery (within the UAE), up to a maximum order value less than AED 1,000.
As soon as you place an order online with Jokoka, you will receive a confirmation email which will consist of your order details and order number. As your order is processed we will continue to update you via email and notifications on the progress of your order until it reaches you. All delivery notifications will be sent to you via Email and/or SMS, as well as a call from the Delivery company to confirm the date and time for your delivery.
To see your orders, simply login to your Jokoka account and click on the My Orders button. Here will you be able to see all of your current and past orders to-date.

- Check your Junk or Spam folders.
We’ve made tracking your orders simple and easy to do. Once you place an order you will be notified by email of confirmation. At each stage of the delivery process, you will be notified by email and/or SMS of any status updates from the delivery company and Jokoka.
To know your order status, simply login to your Jokoka account, via the website or app, and click on the “My Orders” icon. From here select the order you want to track and see the progress status of your package.
Firstly check if you have any missed calls or SMS messages from the Delivery company. It may be they have tried to contact you first to confirm the delivery address and time. Secondly check on the Delivery status of your order. This can be found by logging into your Jokoka account, via the website or app, and clicking on the “My Orders” icon. From here select the order you want to track and see the progress status of your package.
